Chapter One: The Mysterious Rainforest
The Amazon Rainforest was a mysterious place. Not many people knew about it. Jack was told to go on a mission to discover more about the rainforest and film his own experience.
Jack was thrilled by the idea of going to a new unknown place so he immediately agreed. Jack packed up some flint and steel, a net, flint, bows, arrows, an axe, lots of food such as sandwiches, biscuits and more.
He left his house in his jeep and drove off to his office. When he got there, his boss was waiting for him. His boss named Steve gave him a mission briefing before leaving the room. He took his camera from his office and followed him.
Jack jumped back into his car and sped off to a campsite that was very close to the Amazon Rainforest. At the campsite, he saw many people packing bags and sacks with equipment that would useful in the Amazon Rainforest.
In the centre of the camp was a huge fire with a pig lying gently on top. The stick it was stuck onto was rotating around and around.
When the sun had set, they sat around the campfire talking and telling jokes. Then, they shared the meat. The meat tasted juicy and chewy. Jack though that the night was very good.
Chapter Two: Entering the Amazon Rainforest
When the sun rose, they all woke up groaning. Reluctantly, they put on their bags and entered the thick jungle. The Amazon Rainforest was cool and the wind gently breezed through the morning air.
The Amazon Rainforest was calm and quiet because no animal had woken up yet. However, they could all hear an animal starting to wake.
It rolled over on a tree as it woke up. Now, they could all see its deep black eyes staring at them. They all stopped moving. The animal jumped onto the floor and bared its fangs. Jack immediately grabbed a spear and threw it at the animal. It instantly slumped to the floor.
Suddenly, they all heard a hiss from the floor ahead of them. Jack shined a powerful beam of light at the floor revealing a huge snake with its fangs bared. They trapped it in a box with a plastic foil. The snake started to bite injecting venom into the jar. Soon, it had ran out of venom. They killed the snake and put it into the box.
After a short while of walking, they came across vines that were blocking their way. They cut the vines with their machetes and saw a huge river that extended both ways.
They carefully scanned the river and saw a crocodile. It was pretending to be a log. They carefully shoot an arrow into one of its eyes before running to the other side of the river.
Chapter Three: The Campsite
After another hour of walking, they were all tired and exhausted. In the distance, they saw a huge campsite with many native people working.
They approached the native camp making sure that no-one could see them. They entered the village and walked straight to the biggest, grandest house. In the village was a wealthy man with a crown on his head.
The man could surprisingly speak English. He welcomed them with a big buffet and a lot of different types of drinks.
They ate and talked and shared life stories. They were given a few presents including iron swords that did not rust and more. In return, Jack showed them how to make things, and some modern tools that were more efficient than the hand-held tools the villagers used.
They were led to the forges where many people worked. Jack grabbed one of his own iron hammers and shaped molten metal into a really sharp blade. Much sharper than the ones that the villagers used.
Jack presented it to the king who had been watching him the whole time. He was very impressed and wished he could teach all of his other men how to do that.
He found Jack teaching the villagers how to be more efficient and make better tools. When Jack let them have a go, they made a weapon in less than a minute.
The king thanked Jack for his cooperation and let him stay for as long as he wanted. They thanked the king and left the village.
The way back was very calm and peaceful. No animal went in the way and they were all in good moods. Jack, who had been filming the entire trip secretly, couldn’t wait for the video to be played.
When they reached their camp, Jack stopped the video. He showed parts of it to his boss who loved it. Steve uploaded it to the internet and it became one of the most popular movies.
Jack was paid a lot of money and he used it to buy another car- the Veneno.
